What is the best way to restart asterisk at the command line? It appears
I've figured out what does not work :-)

[root@<server> ~]# service asterisk restart
-bash: service: command not found

Reboot does work, but it seems like a bit of an overkill when I'm just
updating a .conf file or two in asterisk. Fortunately it is quick. Just
wonder what I'm missing.

Thanks,
Bob
