[arm-allstar] new node startup issues

I've worked on this for a few minutes with Neil and another very
knowledgeable radio man.  The issue is equalization and level.

Neil...  I have a grad party thus weekend but I promised Jeff I would take
the time thus week to come down and take a look.  We will get it right.
