W5JR is right
Off the top of my head, it's been years.
Set channels 1 through 50 on the radio to a FM frequency.
(any frequency will do) and set the PL frequency to 67 Hz through 250 Hz
When app_rpt wants to set the PL, Jim will select the memory channel
containing the correct PL,
copy it to the VFO and then change the VFO frequency to the requested
frequency.
