[arm-allstar] Software ver 1.2 and BBB ver B

Hi Doug,
That was the problem. I rewrote the eemc with the Debian image, and the rev B BBB has been running ver 1.2 for 3 days with no hangups. Not what I'd call an obvious problem, but thanks for the fix. And a big thanks for all the work you've put in to making the BBB an inexpensive platform for Asterisk. Oh, I've been working on the $10 VHF modules. I have a harmonic filter working, but I lose 2-3DB on the passband. I'll see if I can reduce the losses by tweaking a few components. But, what I have is good enough for an APRS transmitter on a weather balloon that we're going to launch this summer.

#yiv8655569658 Jim,
Well my guess would be that
possibly something is not quite right with the B boards
emmc. You can try rewriting it. I am attaching the procedure
to do that.
But first there
could be a compatibility problem with the SD card that has
1.2.1 and the B board. Stranger things have happened. I
always recommend San disk Ultra 8 or 16 meg cards. Do not
expand the file system. Try a different card.
It is also a possibility that
the BBB is just bad. It could have memory corruption in just
the right spot that would show up differently on one version
than the other.

problems also, but I'm using the coaxial power connector
and upgraded to a 2 Amp 5V supply. I still had problems. I
removed the SD card with ver 1.2 from the BBB rev B board
and plugged it into the rev C BBB using the same supply, and
it runs with no problems. I'm using "Lexar" 16
GB SD cards. I'm not sure what else to try. I can always
keep running 1.1 on the rev B board, the opsys only hung 3
or 4 times over a 6 month period, and I attributed that to
power problems.
