[arm-allstar] Software ver 1.2 and BBB ver B

Jim,

Well my guess would be that possibly something is not quite right with the B boards emmc. You can try rewriting it. I am attaching the procedure to do that.

But first there could be a compatibility problem with the SD card that has 1.2.1 and the B board. Stranger things have happened. I always recommend San disk Ultra 8 or 16 meg cards. Do not expand the file system. Try a different card.

It is also a possibility that the BBB is just bad. It could have memory corruption in just the right spot that would show up differently on one version than the other.

I removed the SD card with ver 1.2 from the BBB rev B board and plugged it into the rev C BBB using the same supply, and it runs with no problems. I'm using "Lexar" 16 GB SD cards. I'm not sure what else to try. I can always keep running 1.1 on the rev B board, the opsys only hung 3 or 4 times over a 6 month period, and I attributed that to power problems.
