[arm-allstar] BBB URI USB-HUB Distorted Audio

Avoid the keyboard. Avoid the monitor on the HDMI. For Allstar and the BBB
it is undesired. Ground loops, power drain, and clutter is all you will
have! Use ssh and/or putty!
