I don’t plug a monitor or keyboard.

 

If you know the IP address, you can just SSH to it and do the setup.

That is what I do.  The IP address can be found by logging into the router and

looking at the connected devices.

I didn't plug my URI in until after everything was done. Not sure if that is right bit it worked. 

The first time I ran mine. I plugged in a monitor and keyboard. ..shouldn't need a mouse. Once I confirmed everything went OK and I knew the IP I used ssh to finish everything. 

Also www.hamvoip.net <http://www.hamvoip.net>  has a very complete set of instructions.
