[arm-allstar] First Time Hardware Configuration

I didn't plug my URI in until after everything was done. Not sure if that
is right bit it worked.

The first time I ran mine. I plugged in a monitor and keyboard. ..shouldn't
need a mouse. Once I confirmed everything went OK and I knew the IP I used
ssh to finish everything.

Also www.hamvoip.net has a very complete set of instructions.
