[arm-allstar] Allison on the RPI2

Just so people aren't confused there is no txboost in simpleusb. If you need more TX level using simpleusb you will need to use an external amplifier like the one in the DMK URI which you can easily activate. Not many radios need this.

In my experience when Allison speaks, and sounds distorted, but
other audio isn't, its usually because the soft pot is at or near
the end of its adjustment. So shes "givin it all shes got" to drive
    the radio.

This can happen even if you are lucky enough to have the test
equipment to set the levels correctly.

If you review the setting in the conf files and see the TX level
near 975 or so then maybe you need to enable the "TX boost" in the
conf files. Then do a recal. That should fix it.

The other thing is if you are driving a radio with direct modulation
(bypassing the mic pre-emphasis circuits) then you may need to also
    set TXlim=yes too.

I've always thought that it's a low RX level that
makes Allison sound too loud. But now that I think about it, I
guess it would depend on where she's digitally mixed.

I agree, from my experiences. If the TX audio level is set
            correctly,

            Allison will be fine.

All this being said, we need a better way to set the audio
            levels--a

method that works for the 99% of users that don't have a
            deviation meter

            nearby.
