[arm-allstar] Echolink Config on RaspberryPi2

Well, I thought I knew how to do this... but apparently not.
Steps for making Echolink work on the Pi:
(1) Configure the echolink file with the appropriate information for your
node
(2) Rename the file echolink.conf
(3) Reload / reboot to make the file active
(4) Wait until Echolink picks up the node info
What am I missing?
