[arm-allstar] how to configure allstar server and node details

Does anybody have a link that explains the proper way to fill in the allstar node info . I know I did not fill this in corectly as I am getting node conect failure messages in testing and I also don't know where to enter my routers external ip address. also do I need to forward what ports other than 222? a how to would be great if there is one
