[arm-allstar] how to configure allstar server and node details

Neil,

 The configuration howto is on the hamvoip.org web page but if you are starting a node from scratch it should ask you all this in a script. You should not have to enter anything manually.
Are you using the BBB 1.2.1 version? You can start over at the linux prompt by typing firsttime.sh

That will allow you to enter everything over again.

Does anybody have a link that explains the proper way to fill in the 
allstar node info . I know I did not fill this in corectly as I am getting node 
conect failure messages in testing and I also don’t know where to enter my 
routers external ip address. also do I need to forward what ports other than 
222? a how to would be great if there is one
