[arm-allstar] Email gateway

Just spit balling ideas here. Would it be possible to have an email gateway
on our nodes? We already have the text to speech converter for the weather
script.

How hard would it be to use a Gmail account for your node to be able to
receive a simple email to be read over the air.

On a similar note I use one of Kyle ' s (K0KN) script for email. I get node
status emailed to me. I also have the ability for my users that have an iax
account with an assigned extension. If I make an autopatch to that
extension and their zoiper client isn't on I can leave a voice mail that
the node will emailes to them.
