[arm-allstar] Email gateway

In the lastest version of the weather scripts (for RPi2 and next version of
BBB), I did introduced a sendmail utility. This is a python script that
will send a file or information. This is a sendmail utility to send mail
via a Google email account and not a general OS sendmail interface.

sendmail.py -s <subject> -e <Email_Addr> [-i <inputfile>]

The issues with any email is configuration and forwarding. Unless you
have a dedicated sendmail smart relay, it's hard to properly configure
sendmail. ISP provide a number of security and spam measures that can block
email. I have had limited success with setting up *postfix* sendmail
utility going to an ISP provider. At one point, all my email was being
blocked.

So, if you have the need for sending email, I would look into the latest
weather scripts in the RPi2 or the up an coming BBB beta release.

73,

Chris
