[arm-allstar] TX audio level control

I just tested a simplex node with a modified Plantronics FOB and BBB v1.2.1.
The tune menu audio setup worked for RX leveling but the TX-A or TX-B
settings had no effect (from 0 to 999 !). I padded the level to the TX mic
circuit; so, it works with this  band-aid. Has anyone had similar
difficulty?
