[arm-allstar] Audio Stuttering Help

Initial setup of my BBB went very smoothly. I'm listing to my node using
Xelatec PPT Dispatcher. Time, day and CW IDs suffer from bad digital
stuttering. How do I best begin to troubleshoot this problem?
