[arm-allstar] power up

OK - this week the 4 ampere power supplies from Spark Fun arrived and now my
previously cranky Bones power up nicely.  I am pretty sure the initial surge
of current was dipping the voltage with the other supplies, causing a
repetitive restart.  In one case, I think the unit was going into current
limit (that was a 1 ampere supply) and in the other case, the 5 volt wiring
was probably too long and skinny, even though the supply was allegedly rated
at 2 amperes.
