[Arm-allstar-irlp] Repeater pulsing

Glenn,

 Sorry for the delay....  The courtesy tone is normal and you I think would
want this in a repeater.
It only goes out over RF NOT back over any Allstar, Echolink, or IRLP
connections. So I don't think it is a problem at all. You can turn the
courtesy tone off in rpt.conf by setting - nounkeyct=1 and restarting
Asterisk.
