[Arm-allstar-irlp] How do I move secring to new computer

As you are aware, I am having problems with the install process. Reading a
thread from May, I see that I am not to use WinSCP to move the secring file
to the new computer (pi). I did do that as I attempted my install. I am
hoping this has been the issue all along.

Can someone detail the process on how to move the secring file from my old
node to my new node (Allstar Hamvoip on Pi)? I normally use Putty and
WinSCP in tandem.
