[Arm-allstar-irlp] Experimental Reflectors

Here is an update to my earlier message....Appearently even the
old/original ACID AllStar/chan_irlp systems have problems with
experimental reflectors.

Paul (KN2R) and I did some analysis tonight and more will be happening
shortly. Greg reported an that when a normal station node (stnXXXX) tries
to connect to an experimental reflector, only the first 3 digits of the
node number seem to get through. I confirmed that when I try to connect
from my test station: stn3787, it shows up on the experimental reflector
only as: 378....Hum. Strange. I'm wondering if there is a protocol bug
in the chan_irlp code...I'm investigating.
