[Arm-allstar-irlp] Connection failures

If Ron is building a new debian server to get a key he would have to
shutoff the port forwarding to the hamvoip server if he set that up and
then create that same forwarding to the debian server. Then get the key,
transfer it to the hamvoip server and reverse the port forwarding back to
the hamvoip server.
