[Arm-allstar-irlp] 2 more nodes successfully migrated.

He didn't specify this clearly, but it appears that he was trying to 
connect two IRLP nodes from behind the same IP.  One of the faults of 
IRLP is that you cannot do this.
If that isn't what he meant, then he'll have to be more clear.
