[Arm-allstar-irlp] Experimental Reflector problem

Hi Paul, I sent an email right before you sent yours, I don't know if you
saw it, stating that I can connect to 9667 which is ADPCM. I also tried to
connect to 0067 and it would not connect. I wonder and will try more but
can anyone connect to any experimental reflector?
