[arm-allstar] Having issues connecting to multiple nodes

HamVoIP nodes don't use the rpt_extnodes file at all. Real-time 
connectivity info is obtained via DNS.  To test, from the bash prompt, use 
the dns-query program, such as:

[root at RPi-Z2W /]# dns-query 27892
+OK|radio at 23.121.44.176:3344/27892,23.121.44.176


.....Or, from the asterisk CLI, use:

RPi-Z2W*CLI> rpt lookup 27892
Node: 69450, Method:   DNS, Actual:   DNS, Data: radio at 23.121.44.176:3344/27892,23.121.44.176
