[arm-allstar] Hamvoip GPIO support Pi 400

Awesome, thanks for the update. I just tested it out and it is working
great.  We are using GPIO to control relays for equipment power and
repeater disables with Allstar at our repeater site via Supermon2 control
panel and also DTMF.
