[arm-allstar] Error message when testing DTMF commands from Supermon 6.2+ h

Hello.  I have a fairly new configuration of Supermon 6.2 and was trying to
test issuing a DTMF command to my node.  However I get the following error
message: 'ERROR: You Must login to use the 'DTMF' function!' when pressing
the DTMF button.  Is there something I need to configure in DTMF.php?  The
proper info is in almon.ini.
