If you have a working image that old, you most likely have old
firmware/kernel version from before the rPi 4 was supported.
There is a process you can follow to upgrade your existing image without
rebuilding it. Note that kernel/firmware upgrades don't come with the
normal HamVoIP update unless you change repositories.
