As mentioned in the info on the https://hamvoip.org webpage:
Zero2W, 2B, 3B, 3B+, 3A+, CM3, CM4, Pi400 and 4B (rev 1.0 thru 1.5)
HamVoIP run fine with only 512MB RAM, in a minimal config. RPi5 support
is coming.
