[arm-allstar] How to eliminate "squelch burst"

Hi,

The simpleusb.conf parameter rxaudiodelay should resolve the squelch tail 
issue.  You can adjust this parameter in real-time from the 
simpleusb-tune-menu program, using option 'n'.

....Try something like rxaudiodelay=10 for starters and then adjust up or 
down from there.
