[arm-allstar] How to eliminate "squelch burst"

 in /etc/asterisk  simpleusb.conf
under the usb you are using, usb or usb1 or usb2 or usb3
put this line with a setting other than =0

rxaudiodelay=0 ; rx audio delay for squelch tail elimination. Valid values
                          ; from 0-24 in 20ms increments. Typical values
5-10
