between the external PCIe, pair of camera/display ports (both faster than prior 
versions), better video output, and the power that USB attached devices can 
pull, the actual power draw can vary drastically depending on what you have 
plugged in to it.  Explaining Computers measured it just slightly above a pi4 
under load for a bare system (~5w for the pi 4, ~6w for the Pi5 whild doing a 
load benchmark)
