[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi 5 release

Jeff Geerling on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBtOEmUqASQ)
tested it, and says you're going to want a fan on it. It requires a 5 amp
power supply (usually), and can use USB-C PD supplies.
