[arm-allstar] Question on volumes

I have noticed that if I have an allstar node talking and an RF signal
comes on, the volume of the Allstar node is reduced.  How can I control the
amount of that reduction?  I would like to set it to 0db for some scenarios.

It seems related to these, but the description suggests this if for
telemetry (like IDs) only.
telemnomdb=0
                                ; Overall reduction in telemetry level
telemduckdb=-9
                                ; Telemetry level reduction with signal
