[arm-allstar] URI Issues on 2 node server

I don't know that the issue was/is, I didn't try to debug further.  I 
duplicated the issue with Raspbian, etc. as well.

Also, I experienced the same problem trying to use 2 USB-SATA adapters
plugged into a single version 1.2 RPi4B, running a Linux MD/RAID 1 config.  
The result was the drive array getting clobbered, due to access requests
going to the wrong drive.  I haven't tried these tests with a recent 
version 1.5 board.

On a side note, I was successful in getting a small MD/RAID 1 fileserver
working using ROCK64 hardware, with wire-speed performance.  I've built
several of these units for use at various sites and they've run perfectly
over the last 2 years.  Here is a prototype, mounted in a cable TV dmarc 
box:
