[arm-allstar] Routing issues causing connection problems

Asking the hivemind for some help. One of the nodes I help maintain is on a
WISP connection with a public IP. (ending of the public IP is .83, the
gateway is .81)

Everything works fine outbound, internet works without a problem, multiple
sites register our public IP as .83 no problem. But, for some reason, when
I try to connect in with another Allstar node, or when someone tries to
connect on Echolink, Allstar is kicking the connection out with the error "
xxx.xxx.xxx.xx does not match link IP yyy.yyy.yyy.81" as if the data is
being passed through is being reverse NAT'd or something.

Anyone that's more network savvy have an idea of what's going on. I've
talked to the owner and they swear it is not on their end. I'm at a loss.
Had to re-enable VPN to allow inbound connections to work.

Mike
