[arm-allstar] unstable WiFi connection on new rPi model 3 B node

I can't verify anything from the PI end, because I can't get to a 
console when it drops out (not close enough to Ethernet, can't use local 
KVM) so I don't know what it's actually doing. Asterisk and other 
processes are clearly still running.

I've since disabled WiFi and connected the Ethernet port to an old Asus 
router to bridge to my 2.4 gHz access point, which is working fine so far.
