Tony,
It's worth comparing the checksum of the file you downloaded with the
published checksum on the hamvoip.org website, just to make sure the file
isn't corrupted.

I tried 2 different computers now with three different MicroSD Cards and still nothing. I also updated the Pi's firmware to no avail.Â
Could it be that I have a newer revision board (1.1)?
