[arm-allstar] Hotspots on cellular not working

First of all, does your node actually connect to the mobile hotspot? 
Does it obtain a local IP address from your device? If so, can you SSH 
to it from another connected device on that same wireless network and 
verify that you can ping/resolve things like google.com, 
register.allstarlink.org, etc?
