[arm-allstar] Hotspots on cellular not working

Hello,

I have a sheri node  that uses a wi-fi connection to a AT&T hotspot.  I has been behaving perfectly for a couple of years.

Just this past week it suddenly stopped connecting when using the hotspot.  No software or setting changes had been made to the node for a year.  First thing I tried was updating the software,  no joy.  Checking on ASL  I notice that my node is listed as not registered
  When using an either net connection it works normally.  I notice that my  nodes  are displaying as not registered  on ASL  could this be causing my problem?   How to correct?
