[arm-allstar] Courtesy tones

I am trying to change the courtesy tone on Hamvoip.I have read all the documents I can find. I am using the Pi as a repeater controller with linking to other nodes. When a local user unkeys the controller doesn't have the tone I have selected. The unlinkct will change, but changing remotect will not change anything. I have even put a ; before all the commands in the courtesy tone selection and it plays the same tone. Also changed all the CTXX to a different tone witange. I could use some suggestions
