[arm-allstar] signing in with Allstar public authentication

FWIW:
A very quick way to get to this screen is to simply long press on the D
key on the keypad. This brings up a menu to set up, enter or exit WT
mode. Very handy if you want to quickly switch between any of the other
digital modes, or even ASL node mode and WT mode for some reason.
