[arm-allstar] signing in with Allstar public authentication

I wasn't clear on my question, I'll try to do better :)
In DvSwitch, on the Accounts screen, how do I set that up?
If I select the 'Use public authentication' box, the screen still wants the
Username & Password from a stanza in iax.conf. Do I need to create a
specific stanza in my node's iax.conf file? Or do I need to use the
'AllstarLink' options under the main screen's 'More' button? Or some
combination of these settings...
