[arm-allstar] signing in with Allstar public authentication

Don:

Basically, it logs on to allstarlink.org using your callsign/portal
password as a web transceiver client, gets an authentication token, then
makes calls to  nodes using the allstar-public context rather than the
radio-secure context. This allows calls to nodes without a registration.
Repeaterphone for iOS also uses this method. However, DVSwitch Mobile
also has "node mode," which registers to allstarlink.org as a
stand-alone node.
