[arm-allstar] ISP blocking?

Forgot to mention that every node you want to accept incoming
connections should use a different IAX port, each with it's own
forwarding rule on your router. Make sure that port is the same in
iax.conf as well as on the server settings on the allstarlink.org portal.
If you have multiple nodes on the same physical machine, they can share
a single IAX port. Otherwise, each physical device hosting a node on the
same public IP address needs a separate port and "server" on the portal.
