[arm-allstar] ISP blocking?

So long as your ISP doesn't use CG-NAT (not likely, but not impossible
with a fiber ISP, as I know of at least one in the United States that
does it,) you should be good after forwarding your IAX port on your
router to the address of your node on the LAN, which should be static
either on the node's interface side, or by reserving an address in your
router's DHCP leases.

Note that this forwarding rule is UDP. By default, this is port 4569.

Some routers do weird things if you select "both" for protocol type, and
often default to that for new forwarding rules, which is both
unnecessary and a potential security risk, so I recommend not doing
that, making sure your forwarding rule is specifically set to UDP.
