[arm-allstar] Email and SMS text message howto - UPDATED

I have updated the sending email and SMS text message howto. This clarifies
some things and brings it up-to-date with the current security measures
that Gmail uses. I also give example scripts on reporting data to your
email or SMS text. Most all cellular providers have email portals for SMS
text to their phone numbers.

This is in the howto but make sure you add -

MAILTO=""

as the first line in your cron entries. cron send email for each action it
takes without this line and depending on how you have it setup you may get
inundated with email without this directive.
