[arm-allstar] Possible alternative to the Raspberry Pi 3?

I have been catching up on back issues of Steve, N8GNJ's, Zero Retries
newsletter and in the October 28, 2022 issue he noted the availability
of a possible Raspberry Pi alternative, the Inovato Quadra:

It looks like a rather complete system.  It comes with Debian installed
on the internal 16 GB eMMC so I don't have any idea what the possibility
of installing HamVoIP is.  It does have a microSD slot but I've not dug
deep enough to see if it will boot from it and use the eMMC as mounted
storage.

I don't have any interest in the product or the company.  With Pi 3B+
units "selling" at about 4X their MSRP, this looks like it could be a
possible alternative.
