[arm-allstar] Converting IRLP node to Allstar

Hi Jon,

Raspberry Pi 2, 3, 4 and Zero 2 W boards are supported.  If your IRLP 
node uses an RPi2 or later, that'll work fine.

The IRLP interface boards won't work, at least as of now, with HamVoIP. 
So, you'll need one of the many USB/URI adapters from many sources. A 
partial list can be found here:
