[arm-allstar] Help needed On making copies

Since I have been absent from using HamVoip I have forgotten how to do
a couple things. I have two questions which I will list below.

1. How do I make an offline copy of my rpt.conf file?

2. How do I make a backup copy of my HamVoip image so I have a SD card to
use if my SD card goes bad that is in my RPi Node?
