Hi,
The .exe file is a 7Zip archive as well, with a self-extracting wrapper,
for easier use. You can extract it using 7Zip, if you're concerned about
running the self-extractor.
The .exe archive includes a copy of Win32diskimager, which is an old but
usually reliable application for flashing SD cards.
As a more modern alternative, try the Balena Etcher software, available
here:
https://www.balena.io/etcher
Note that MD5 and SHA1 checksums of all files are available on the HamVoIP
website, so that file integrity can be manually verified.
